Flash Fiction – Busboy

The word is busboy. The upper limit is 75 words.
The first day is always nerve-wracking. The young busboy dressed at home in his new starched uniform and shoes. He put his good luck token in his pocket.

Things went wrong. He got hit by the swinging door. A child tied his shoelaces together. He rushed to the restroom, puked and cried in the corner.

Crawling out the door, he looked up and his face met the most gorgeous gams ever. The token worked!
